Responsibilities & Leadership
The Site Foreman/Woman will lead construction projects and teams by performing the following:
- Supervising workers and coordinating project activities.
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and tight deadlines.
- Requisitioning materials, supplies, and technical equipment.
- Providing technical advice and improving product quality/productivity.
- Overseeing apprenticeship training and arranging staff development.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and site safety standards.
