EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
The Executive Housekeeper will oversee housekeeping operations with the following key duties:
- Establish operational procedures for housekeeping department
- Select and purchase equipment and supplies
- Supervise housekeeping staff and manage team performance
- Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Hire and dismiss staff as needed
- Respond to complaints of guests regarding housekeeping services
