Core Responsibilities
The supervisor ensures that every guest’s visit is “A Beautiful Thing” by managing the following:
- Supervision: Co-ordinate staff activities in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Mentor staff on job duties, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Control: Estimate ingredients and supplies; maintain records of stock and wastage.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure food and service meet the high brand standards of Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet.
- Customer Service: Directly address and resolve guest complaints or concerns.

Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a food service leadership role.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work day and weekend shifts as required.
