Salary: $70,000 Annually (40 hours per week)
Status: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
As the Head Chef, your duties will include:
- Management: Plan and direct food preparation for multiple restaurants and supervise all kitchen staff, including sous-chefs and specialist cooks.
- Financials: Estimate food/labor costs, analyze operating data, and maintain inventory records.
- Culinary Excellence: Create new recipes, plan menus, and ensure high quality standards for all dishes, including those for guests with allergies.
- Training: Recruit, hire, and instruct staff in cooking techniques and food safety.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
- Language: English proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, reliability, initiative, and excellent communication.
- Physical: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with long periods of standing.
