Primary Responsibilities

As a Landscape Gardener, you will be part of a professional crew dedicated to the health and beauty of residential and commercial properties. Your duties include:

• Garden Cultivation: Weeding, pruning, and planting a variety of shrubs, perennials, and seasonal flowers.
• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns to maintain a “Beyond” standard finish.
• Hardscape Care: Keeping pathways, patios, and driveways clear and well-maintained.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operating line trimmers, blowers, mowers, and hand tools (training provided).
• Site Management: Removing green waste and garden debris to ensure sites are left immaculate.

Candidate Requirements

Beyond Landscaping is looking for energetic team players who enjoy physical activity. Key qualifications include:

• A positive attitude and a passion for the great outdoors.
• The physical ability to lift equipment and maneuver loads of organic waste.
• Reliability and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Professional communication skills when interacting with clients and crew members.
• A valid Class 5 Driver’s License is a significant asset but not strictly required for this role.
