Core Responsibilities
While specific daily tasks are negotiable, a Marketing Manager in a dental setting typically manages:
- Patient Outreach: Developing and executing campaigns to attract new families in the Mississauga area.
- Digital Presence: Managing social media profiles (Facebook/Instagram) and updating website content.
- Reputation Management: Encouraging and monitoring patient reviews on Google and Yelp.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required (Experience is valued over credentials).
- Experience: 1 to 7 months of marketing or customer engagement experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English; familiarity with social media tools and basic design (Canva, etc.) is an asset.
- Suitability: Must be reliable, creative, and able to work flexible shifts (Day, Evening, Weekends).
