Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the household completely when parents are away.
- Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise infants and children.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals, cook, and get children ready for rest periods.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and guide behavior as requested by parents.
- Plan fun games, outings, and maintain a secure home environment.
- Take children to school, appointments, and support their emotional well-being.
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, ironing, pressing, and grocery shopping.
- Travel with the family to help supervise children and manage housekeeping on trips.
- Keep accurate records of children’s daily activities and health details.
Credentials & Safety Screening
Required Certificate: First Aid Certificate
Security Screenings: Child Abuse Registry check, Child welfare check, Criminal record check, Drug test, Medical exam, References, and Basic security clearance.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle repetitive, physically demanding tasks under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and lift weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Transit: Public transportation is readily accessible to the work site.
Personal Suitability: High level of client focus, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, good judgment, organization, reliability, teamwork, patience, honesty, and time management.
