Employment Qualifications

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant retail experience

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Assign daily duties to sales workers and establish fair employee work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate the operational activities of 3 to 4 workers.
• Order shop merchandise, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory controls.
• Authorize product returns and approve payments made by cheque.
• Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising trends, and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Candidates must be prepared to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle situations under pressure with great attention to detail. The role requires a physical combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including standing for extended periods.
