Main Responsibilities

As a professional Cook found via Government Jobz, your role will involve managing kitchen operations and delivering high-quality meals. Key tasks include:

• Preparing and cooking complete meals, including African cuisine and Halal specialties.
• Handling special dietary requests and food allergies.
• Supervising kitchen helpers and training new staff.
• Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and inspecting food service areas.
• Organizing buffets and managing kitchen records.

This role requires 1 to 2 years of experience and a Safe Food Handling certificate. Knowledge of Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa is considered an asset.
