Professional Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse I, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered, holistic care. Your primary duties include:
- Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborating with an interprofessional team (doctors, therapists, etc.) to evaluate and adjust treatments.
- Administering medications and performing clinical procedures according to established protocols.
- Providing emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
- Leading and mentoring junior nursing staff and students within the unit.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing program (Bachelor of Nursing is often an asset).
