Primary Responsibilities

As an Immigration Consultant at Canbridge, you will focus on high-impact business and startup visas:

• Advising clients on pathways like the Start-Up Visa (SUV) and BC PNP Entrepreneur Base Category.
• Managing the end-to-end application process, including document gathering and submission via government portals.
• Conducting client intake interviews and assessing eligibility based on current IRCC regulations.
• Collaborating with business analysts to ensure client business plans align with immigration requirements.
• Proactively communicating case progress and responding to procedural fairness letters (PFLs).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Must be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the CICC.
• Experience: Proven track record in business immigration and entrepreneur streams.

• Language: Strong command of English; proficiency in a second language is a significant asset in the Richmond market.
