Responsibilities & Duties

The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the store, ensuring that staff perform efficiently and sales goals are met.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and assign duties to sales staff and cashiers.
• Operations: Prepare work schedules and manage daily opening/closing procedures.
• Customer Excellence: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and handle escalated inquiries professionally.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, order merchandise, and handle supply shortages.
• Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling, authorize payments/returns, and prepare sales volume reports.
• Training: Hire and train new staff on store procedures and regulatory compliance (e.g., age-verification).

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role. As this is a regulated industry, a strong commitment to ethical conduct and age-verification compliance is essential.
