Requirements & Experience
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates for this resort setting role will handle the following tasks:
- Dust furniture and pick up debris
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Make beds, change sheets, and empty trash containers
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries to resort guests
- Handle and report lost and found items properly
- Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies, complaints, or concerns
- Assist clients with bathing and other personal hygiene aspects when needed
