SALES SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
The Sales Supervisor will oversee sales operations and staff with the following key duties:
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties and manage schedules
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Authorize return of merchandise according to company policy
- Sell merchandise directly to customers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions
