Your Impact & Responsibilities

At Event Temple, you won’t just be designing screens; you’ll be architecting complex workflows and systems. Your core responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Design: Owning major product initiatives from early discovery and research through to high-fidelity execution and launch.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to navigate ambiguity and define scalable solutions.
• System Evolution: Contributing to and maintaining a robust design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
• User Advocacy: Using customer feedback and product data to inform design decisions, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Rapid Experimentation: Prototyping and testing ideas quickly using tools like Figma, AI-assisted workflows, or lightweight code.

Candidate Requirements

Event Temple is looking for a proactive builder who brings 5+ years of digital product design experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You should have a portfolio that demonstrates deep problem-solving for complex workflows, proficiency in Figma, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience with AI-assisted product experiences or front-end awareness (HTML/CSS) is a strong asset.
