Plant Assistant (Mechanical) – 53 Posts
Eligible ITI Trades: Fitter, Welder, Mechanic Pump, H.P Welder, Mechanic Vehicle, Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist.

Plant Assistant (Electrical) – 37 Posts
Eligible ITI Trades: Electrician, Wireman, Electronics, Instrumentation.

Detailed Eligibility & Selection Process
1. Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Passed 10th class (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- Technical Qualification: Must possess a full-time ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in one of the specified trades mentioned above for the respective post.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 1st January 2025)
- Upper age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and other categories as per MPPGCL/MP Government rules.
3. Application Fee

Payment Mode: Online payment only (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
4. Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): The first stage will be an online objective test covering technical knowledge, reasoning, general awareness, etc.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for verification of original certificates.
- Medical Examination: Final appointment is subject to being found medically fit as per company standards.
