Salary Structure
During training, candidates receive a stipend of ₹21,000 to ₹24,000 plus IDA and perks. Upon absorption, the CTC ranges from ₹10.9 Lakh to ₹12.7 Lakh per annum depending on the post level (S1 or W3).
Eligibility & Qualifications
According to the latest updates on Government Jobz, the following criteria apply:
- Diploma Trainee: 3-year Regular Diploma in relevant field (70% marks for Gen/OBC/EWS). B.E/B.Tech holders are not eligible.
- JOT (HR): Graduate Degree (BBA/BBM/BBS) with 60% marks.
- JOT (F&A): Inter CA / Inter CMA.
- JTT (Survey): 2-year ITI in Surveyor discipline.
Selection Process
- Written Test / CBT: 100% weightage for final merit.
- Skill/Trade Test: Qualifying nature for JOT and JTT roles.

Pay online: ₹300 for Diploma/Officer posts and ₹200 for Technician posts. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates are Exempted.
