Role Purpose
Join the Complex Trauma Pathway in North Lincolnshire. You will deliver specialist trauma therapy (PTSD and complex trauma) and help shape the service. This role follows a successful Intensive EMDR (iEMDR) pilot, aiming to reduce wait times and accelerate patient recovery. Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessments and formulations for adults with complex trauma.
- Deliver trauma-focused CBT and EMDR therapies.
- Participate in four 10-day intensive EMDR blocks annually.
- Supervise Mental Health Practitioners and trainees.
- Offer expert guidance to MDT colleagues.
