Customer Service Team Manager – Healthcare Sector

Salary: Up to £30,763.20 per annum

Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of the Government Jobz network of professionals, you will manage the daily operations of the Surrey Community Equipment Service Centre. Key duties include:
- Team Leadership: Coaching and motivating Customer Service Coordinators to meet KPIs.
- Order Management: Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Issue Resolution: Handling escalated complaints and sensitive calls with professionalism.
- Performance Reporting: Leading performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
- People Management: Overseeing recruitment, training, and staff performance.
Candidate Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience in a call center or contact center environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet strict KPIs.
- Strong skills in workload scheduling and administration.
