Role Summary

KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions is seeking an expert D365FO Senior Consultant. This role involves leading large-scale enterprise projects, focusing on Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will work with onshore and offshore teams, engage in presales, and mentor junior staff at Government Jobz partner-level environments.

Main Responsibilities

Project Implementation

• Lead end-to-end D365FO implementations and design workstreams.
• Gather functional requirements and perform gap/fit analysis.
• Create solution designs and integration documentation.
• Manage scope creep and handle change controls effectively.
• Provide on-site client support and end-user training.

Practice & Leadership

• Stay updated on the D365FO product roadmap.
• Mentor and manage the performance of junior consultants.
• Support business development, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Represent KPMG professionally during global travel when required.

Experience & Background

To qualify for this position found on Government Jobz, candidates should possess:

• Minimum 6 years of experience with MS Dynamics AX or D365 F&O.
• Proven track record in large-scale, multi-geography ERP projects.
• Strong background in business process mapping and modeling.
• Previous experience in pre-sales and team leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Business & IT (or similar field).
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics Finance or SCM (latest versions).
• Proficiency in LCS, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of accounting and supply chain principles.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
