Role Overview
As a Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader in managing a vibrant Pre-School classroom of 26 children. You will lead a dedicated team of 5 staff members to provide high-quality early years education. This is an ideal step for those seeking government jobs in United Kingdom UK within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support and motivate the staff team.
- Ensure high standards of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a Day Nursery.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and team leadership skills.

Working Schedule
