You will manage a diverse caseload, building trusted relationships to help individuals achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a specialist adviser found through Government Jobz, your duties will include:

• Managing a caseload and meeting performance targets (KPIs).
• Conducting assessments to understand personal goals and barriers.
• Co-producing SMART action plans and providing tailored job-search support.
• Marketing participants directly to employers via digital media and networking.
• Collaborating with stakeholders like the Chamber of Commerce and JCP managers.
• Maintaining accurate digital and hard-copy customer records.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Solid knowledge of the local Norwich labour market.
• Full IT literacy and experience in a target-driven environment.
• A solution-focused approach to problem-solving.

Desirable:

• Experience in the recruitment or employability industry.
• Background in providing “information, advice, and guidance” (IAG).
• A full driving licence is preferred.
