• Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
• Location: Stratford, East London (E20)
• Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:00 am – 17:00 pm

• General repairs: Tightening hinges, changing locks, and repairing furniture.
• Painting & Decorating: Touching up paintwork across the historical site.
• Maintenance Assistance: Helping with fire alarm tests, PPMs, and water temperature logs.
• Porterage: Moving furniture and hanging pictures or shelves.
• Logbook management and sub-contractor escorting.

Requirements

• Background in Painting & Decorating is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of building fabric duties and commercial maintenance.
• Basic PC literacy (Word, Excel, Smartphone use).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities.
