Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting for Female Aviation Security Officers at Gatwick Airport (RH6 0NP). This permanent, part-time position is ideal for those seeking a stable career in aviation security through Government Jobz.
Salary: £12.52 per hour
Hours: Part-time (15 hours per week, 3-4 hours per shift)
Shift Times: Flexible between 04:30 AM and 11:59 PM

Main Responsibilities
Your role is vital to airport safety. When you apply via Government Jobz, your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting bag searches and plane guarding.
- Performing pat downs and body searches on female passengers.
- Carrying out aircraft searches following DfT and CAA regulations.
- Maintaining a professional and commanding security presence.
- Using specialized security and customer equipment.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this role at Government Jobz, you must meet these criteria:
- Residency: Must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Work Rights: Unrestricted right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
- Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- History: Must provide a 5-year checkable employment or education history.
- Vetting: Ability to pass CTC, DBS, and CRC background checks.
- Physical Fitness: Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
