Job Summary

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year
• Location: London (Zones 1 & 2), EC1V 2NX
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00)
• Closing Date: 15 February 2026

What You Will Do

• HVAC, Plumbing, and Leak Detection.
• Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm maintenance.
• Servicing Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU).
• Monitoring BMS systems and updating site logbooks.
• Providing technical support and escorting sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Certification: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering (Certificates required).
• Experience: Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Skills: Multi-skilled approach with excellent communication and customer service.
• Mobility: Happy to work on a “Foot Mobile” basis using public transport.
