Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook diverse meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fine dining events.
• Follow fixed recipes, manage kitchen production, and minimize food wastage.
• Manage inventory stock, place orders, and maintain strict kitchen documentation.
• Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and complete due diligence paperwork.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and mentor new colleagues through their training.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant culinary qualifications (such as 706/1, 706/2, or equivalent certifications).
• Must have been a continuous UK resident for the past 3 years to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Valid legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Creative cooking skills with flexibility and a strong team spirit.
• Own personal transport is required due to limited local public transportation links.
