- Carry out electrical, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.
- Respond to client call-outs on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Monitor contractor performance and issue Permits to Work.
- Ensure all equipment meets performance and health & safety standards.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
Requirements & Experience

- Qualifications: 18th Edition, NVQ/City & Guilds in Electrical Installations, or AM2.
- Skills: Experience with AC systems and electrical PPM.
- Certification: F-Gas (or currently working towards it).
