- Salary: £12.71 to £25.42 per hour (Basic rate: £12.71/h + enhanced overtime rates)
- Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 14:30 – 22:00
- Location: Ilkeston (DE7), Nottingham – On-site only

Key Responsibilities
As an afternoon shift Production Operative, your daily duties will include:
- Moving, stacking, and transporting heavy materials or products across the yard.
- Assembling, processing, and preparing materials according to quality guidelines.
- Operating production machinery safely and running routine equipment checks.
- Maintaining a clean, hazard-free workplace adhering to health and safety rules.
- Monitoring workflow and manufacturing output to fulfill daily targets.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to boost your skill set.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production plant setup.
- Physical capability to handle heavy lifting tasks consistently.
- Ability to handle and set up basic machinery (advanced machinery skills are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, quality control, and teamwork mentality.
- Basic literacy and mathematics skills for reporting and records.
- Flexibility to cover other shifts occasionally if required.
