The Synergy Programme
The Synergy programme is a major initiative developing a Common Operating Model and implementing new technology platforms. As a Project Support Officer found via Government Jobz, you will assist the PMO or wider teams in Finance, Digital, and HR to ensure smooth operations and delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resource Management: Lead team resourcing, monitor staff, and assist in recruitment tasks.
- Financial Control: Monitor project spending and assist in budget compilation.
- RAID Management: Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Team Leadership: Line manage Executive Officers and oversee administrative workflows.
