Requirements: Are You “The One”?

- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards it) and Level 3/4 Diploma in Children, Young People and Families Practitioner.
- Experience: 5+ years in residential childcare with at least 2 years in management.
- Track Record: Proven history in “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted-rated homes.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Quality Standards.
