Working Hours & Frequency

• Shift Times: 6:45 PM – 10:15 PM.
• Schedule: 2 to 3 nights per week (approx. 10 shifts per month).
• Overtime: Optional overtime is frequently available.

Primary Responsibilities

As a key member of the office team at Government Jobz, your duties include:

• Order Entry: Inputting data accurately from phone calls, the website, and social media.
• Customer Service: Contacting clients via email or phone regarding accounts and orders.
• Admin Support: Managing digital filing, scanning, and record-keeping.
