About the Role
Based in the Maes Y Derwen service, you will support individuals aged 16+ who are navigating homelessness, trauma, and complex needs. Your goal is to provide housing-related support that empowers residents to live independently. This role is a cornerstone of community care within United Kingdom UK jobs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Engaging with service users and performing welfare checks.
- Assisting Project Workers with tenancy and wellbeing workshops.
- Managing building security and Health & Safety checks.
- Addressing challenging behaviors related to mental health or substance misuse.
