Role Overview
As the SEND Transition and Review Team Leader found through Government Jobz, you will head a team of specialists. Your primary goal is to manage caseloads and coordinate provision for students with diverse needs. This role acts as a bridge between the college and home, ensuring every student is supported in their individual ambitions.

- Oversee smooth transition processes for High Needs students.
- Lead and manage a team of SEND Transition and Review Officers.
- Develop innovative support strategies and collaborate with stakeholders.
