Senior Administration Assistant – NHS Apprenticeship Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Children’s Care Group.
- Act as a professional point of contact for patients, visitors, and external agencies.
- Line manage a team of administrators, including HR duties like sickness recording and development reviews.
- Maintain staff rotas to ensure adequate clinic coverage.
- Work towards KPIs and targets set by commissioners.
- Handle day-to-day office issues, including staffing and technology problems.
