Job Summary
The National Trust is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee operations at the historic Antony House. This role, available through Government Jobz, involves managing a Queen Anne building that remains a lived-in family home. You will lead on-site operations, primarily working Tuesdays through Thursdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays during the open season (April to October).
What You Will Be Doing
As an operational lead found via Government Jobz, your responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing daily site operations and staff, including the Collections and Visitor Experience officers.
- Acting as the primary Duty Manager during public opening hours.
- Collaborating with the Tamar Valley Property Group on facilities, gardens, and volunteering.
- Providing on-site out-of-hours duty support (accommodation provided).
- Supporting various property areas to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
