Role Overview
As a Housing Support Worker at Young Devon, you will work independently to provide holistic support to residents. You will also guide them toward education, training, and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

- Building Oversight: Perform health and safety checks to ensure a safe living environment.
- Sign-posting: Connect young people with specialized services for additional needs.
- Lone Working: Provide reliable support during day shifts in Ilfracombe and Barnstaple.
