The City of Spokane’s Aquatics Program is looking for motivated team members for the 2026 summer season. This position oversees the daily operations of one of six City Aquatic Centers.

Primary Responsibilities

As an Assistant Facility Manager featured on Government Jobz, you will:

  • Supervise aquatic programs and facility staff.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate team performance.
  • Ensure the safety of staff, participants, and pool patrons.
  • Oversee custodial and maintenance duties to keep facilities sanitary.
  • Maintain daily records and weekly reports.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for these usa jobs, candidates must meet the following:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certifications.
