Salary: $138,000.00 – $154,000.00 Annually

Primary Duties
As the AGC, you will support over 35 campuses across Colorado with their real estate needs. You will spend roughly 60% of your time on property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, and 40% on complex business contracts. Key tasks include:
- Drafting and negotiating land and building acquisition documents.
- Reviewing due diligence and closing paperwork for property transactions.
- Approving State leases, easements, and Lowry Campus renewals.
- Advising on capital construction financing, including bonds and private placements.
- Managing contracts involving data privacy, IT software, and intellectual property.
- Ensuring compliance with State Controller fiscal rules.
Candidate Requirements

- Education: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
- Licensure: Colorado Bar certification (or ability to waive in).
