The Role & Responsibilities
As a senior technologist, you will perform advanced cardiac sonography procedures and provide leadership to clinical staff. According to Government Jobz, your key duties include:
- Performing TTE, TEE, bubble studies, and intra-cardiac echo for TAVR procedures.
- Leading and scheduling staff while assigning workloads.
- Training student technologists and residents in cardiac imaging.
- Operating high-end diagnostic equipment and managing images via PACS.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position through Government Jobz, candidates must have:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Cardiac Sonography program.
- Experience: 5 years of full-time experience in cardiac sonography.
- Certification: Valid RDCS (ARDMS) or Echocardiography certification (CCI).
