Child Welfare Services Supervisor

Key Responsibilities & Leadership
As a CWS Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team within the Health and Human Services Agency. Your daily tasks, as outlined on Government Jobz, will include:
- Planning, assigning, and supervising the workflow of a Social Service unit.
- Mentoring new employees and providing expert coaching to staff.
- Monitoring unit performance and ensuring compliance with workload standards.

Minimum Qualifications

- License: Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
