Position Overview
As an Administrative Analyst found on Government Jobz, you will support vital divisions including Animal Care, Building, Planning, and Code Enforcement. This role offers a blend of analytical and administrative tasks, with intermittent remote work options available for local residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and preparing detailed written reports and staff reports.
- Coordinating procurement, bids, proposals, and contract monitoring.
- Managing office inventory and facilitating maintenance requests.
- Assisting with personnel activities and budget administration.
- Analyzing data for policy recommendations and program effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this role through Government Jobz, candidates must meet the following criteria:
| Experience | 2 years of professional experience in report writing, research, or administrative analysis. |
| Education | Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, Economics, or a related field. |
| Substitutions | 4 additional years of relevant experience can substitute for the degree. |
