Position Purpose
The Crewleader performs and supervises skilled maintenance in open spaces and right-of-way areas. You will lead a team of regular and seasonal employees in tasks like trail construction, weed management, and erosion control. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor crew members.
- Asset Management: Maintain trails, native grasses, and wildlife habitats.

- Maintenance: Manage integrated weed control and snow removal operations.
- Project Planning: Coordinate volunteer projects and in-house construction.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in open space maintenance and 1 year of leadership experience.
- License: Valid driver’s license (CDL Class B required within 6 months).
- Certifications: Colorado Dept. of Agriculture operator’s license within 1 year.
- Education: Degree in Natural Resource Management is preferred (can substitute for 1 year of experience).
