Ethics and Compliance Coordinator – Behavioral Health

Role Summary
The Ethics and Compliance Coordinator (ECC) acts as a supervisory leader within the Office of Compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Compliance division activities and multifunctional staff teams.
- Facilitate contract monitoring reviews and provide technical guidance on privacy practices.
- Conduct internal investigations regarding complaints, fraud, waste, or abuse.
- Ensure staff credentials and licenses are monitored and cleared.
- Lead department-wide Ethics and Compliance training programs.
- Manage privacy incident assessments and required breach reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this position on Government Jobz, you must meet the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public/Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Health Care Administration, or Behavioral Sciences.
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience analyzing government regulations, conducting audits/investigations, or monitoring programs.
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
- Travel: Ability to travel throughout San Bernardino County; valid CA driver’s license required.
