About the Position
As a Financial Examiner at the Division of Securities, you will provide critical regulatory oversight. Your Core Responsibilities
- Review initial and annual licensing applications for investment advisers and broker-dealers.

- Write professional comment letters and negotiate compliance terms with applicants and legal counsel.
- Coordinate with other state and federal regulatory agencies on complex enforcement cases.
Minimum Qualifications
