Job Role and Responsibilities
Working as an Integrated Case Worker I is your entry point into a career in social services. Under close supervision, you will:
- Determine eligibility for public assistance benefits and employment programs.
- Conduct orientations and workshops for diverse populations.
- Perform crisis intervention and make referrals to community resources.
- Manage case records and assess education/skills for client transitions to employment.
- Promote to Level II after one year of satisfactory performance.
Minimum Qualifications
