Job Overview
The Integrated Case Worker II is a journey-level position. You will independently determine eligibility for multiple public assistance programs while providing basic employment services. This dual-focus role sets it apart from standard eligibility specialist positions.
Key Duties:
- Conduct orientations and workshops for aid applicants.
- Interview and guide diverse populations to determine benefit eligibility.
- Manage crisis situations and provide community referrals.
- Identify barriers to employment such as health or substance abuse issues.
- Maintain accurate case records and monitor client compliance.
Minimum Qualifications

- Option 1: One year of full-time experience as an Integrated Case Worker I.
- Option 2: One year of full-time experience as an Employment and Training Worker I.
- Option 3: 30 months of full-time experience in case management, vocational guidance, or employment counseling.
