As an Integrated Case Worker III, you will provide expert advice to staff, manage complex integrated cases, and perform specialized caseload management. This role is unique because it combines eligibility determination for public assistance with employability services to help clients move toward self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Interview and guide diverse clients to evaluate needs for public assistance and authorize benefits.
- Lead and coordinate the work of other staff, serving as a technical expert.
- Develop individual employment plans and match clients with job opportunities.
- Maintain liaison with service providers and other public agencies.
- Organize and facilitate focus groups and training workshops for job seekers.
