Network Support Analyst – Enterprise Operations
Salary: $85,404.80 – $117,665.60 Annually
The Role & Responsibilities
In this position, you will support countywide Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). Key duties include:
- Configuring, installing, and supporting enterprise-class routers and switches.
- Troubleshooting TCP/IP, subnetting, and network security issues.
- Monitoring traffic, capacity planning, and maintaining wireless network equipment.
- Evaluating new technologies and providing application troubleshooting recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: Two years of work experience (within the last 5 years) troubleshooting enterprise networks, specifically with routers and switches.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have experience in at least two: Network Architecture, Wireless Platforms, Cisco Platforms (Nexus, ISR, etc.), or Routing Protocols (EIGRP, Static).
- Education: 30 semester units of post-high school coursework in Computer Science. Note: One additional year of experience can substitute for the education requirement.
- Legal: Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
