Key Responsibilities
As part of the maintenance team, your duties will include:
- Performing skilled repairs in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and masonry.
- Maintaining facility lighting, HVAC ballasts, and plumbing fixtures.
- Leading and training part-time staff or volunteer crews.
- Operating power tools and performing routine facility inspections.
- Driving District vehicles and handling event set-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this position at Cordova Recreation & Park District, you need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of facility maintenance and repair experience.
