Role Responsibilities

This position focuses on the design and delivery of professional training programs for the Preschool Services Department (PSD). Key duties include:

• Developing training curricula and course materials based on mandated regulations.
• Delivering instruction to audiences of all sizes on Head Start and Community Care Licensing guidelines.
• Conferring with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of materials.
• Creating evaluation instruments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: At least 30 semester units of college coursework in Education, English, Public Admin, Communications, or a related field (Transcripts must be attached).
